Refunds and Cancellation

At Benison Media, we organize industry events and publish online content. All ticket sales, registrations, and purchases for our events (via exporegistration.in or benisonmedia.com) are final and non-refundable.

No Refunds

  • Once payment is processed, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances, including personal reasons, schedule changes, or no-shows.

  • This applies to all event passes, workshops, sponsorships, and digital access fees.

  • Tickets are non-transferable without prior written approval from Benison Media.

Event Changes or Cancellations by Us

  • Rescheduling: If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will be valid for the new date. No refunds for rescheduling.

  • Cancellation: In rare cases of full cancellation (e.g., force majeure like natural disasters or government restrictions), we may offer:

    • Credit towards a future event, or

    • A partial refund at our sole discretion (face value only, excluding processing fees, gateway charges, or taxes).

  • We are not liable for travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred.

Exceptions

  • No refunds for technical issues on your end (e.g., incorrect booking details).

  • Full refunds only if we fail to deliver the event as advertised and confirmed in writing.
