November 2017 – Novus International, Inc., a global leader in developing animal health and nutrition solutions announces the appointment of Mr. Flemming L. Mahs asManaging Director for the Asia Pacific Region.
Prior to taking on this position, Mr. Flemming Mahs served as the General Manager for Novus International, Inc. China and East Asia. Flemming joined Novus in 2009 and has been instrumental in supporting Novus’s value-driven approach to partners and customers. His primary focus and achievement is in the development of growth strategies within the regional teamsand building on their successes to achieve new growth supporting the vision and mission of Novus International. Placing customers at the core of his management and decision making, Flemming supports the deployment ofcustomer driven strategies that allows the Novus team to efficiently support customers and positively impact their businesses.
Flemming received his MBA from Washington University, Olin School of Business, in St. Louis, Mo., and is a Certified Public Accountant by profession. Prior to joining Novus, Flemming held progressive management positions in finance,operations, business development and marketing at multinational companies in the high-tech industry. In addition to his extensive multi-functionalexperience and growth success, Flemming brings strong international experience and perspective in leading the Asia Pacific team.
Flemming Mahswill be based in Bangkok, Thailand and replaces Mr. Stuart Court who has takenona new position within Novus as ‘Director, Global Technical Services’.
